1. Scope

This page applies only to the Login360 mobile application. It does not describe privacy practices for the public landing site or for separate Login360 web experiences unless they explicitly reference this policy.

Login360 is used in a company or workspace context. Depending on how your employer or workspace administrator uses Login360, they may act as the primary controller of work-related data entered into the system.

2. Information We Collect

The mobile app processes information needed to authenticate users, show workspace data, support time tracking, and keep reminder preferences working on your device.

  • Account and identity data, such as your work email address, authentication session details, and workspace approval or access status.
  • Time tracking data, such as entry date, hours, amounts, note text, selected project, project segment, task type, result type, equipment selections, quantities, and related record identifiers.
  • Workspace configuration data needed to render forms and apply business rules, such as project lists, equipment types, organization settings, and daily time logging limits.
  • AI-assisted entry inputs and outputs when you use the AI flow, including your messages, generated draft suggestions, and structured draft fields awaiting review.
  • Local device data, such as onboarding completion, reminder settings, selected reminder days and time, and the last saved time-entry template stored on-device.
  • Notification-related data, such as notification permission status and local timezone data used to schedule reminders correctly on your device.

3. How We Use Data

We use personal data to provide the mobile app, authenticate users, display workspace content, create and manage time entries, support AI-assisted drafting, apply organization-specific rules, and maintain app preferences.

We also use relevant data to schedule local reminder notifications when you enable them, keep sessions working, support account and password management, and protect the service against misuse or unauthorized access.

4. AI-Assisted Entry

If you choose the AI entry option in the mobile app, the text you provide about your work and the related draft context are sent to the backend function used to generate a suggested time-entry draft.

AI-generated suggestions are intended to assist you. They should be reviewed before saving. If you do not want this processing, use the standard manual entry flow instead.

5. Device Storage and Permissions

The app stores a limited set of preferences on your device through local app storage so your onboarding state, reminder settings, and last-used entry template can persist between sessions.

If you enable reminders, the app may request notification permissions from iOS or Android. The app also resolves your local timezone to schedule reminders at the correct local time.

  • The current mobile codebase does not indicate use of camera, microphone, contacts, precise location, or photo-library access.
  • The current mobile codebase also does not show a dedicated in-app analytics SDK.

6. Sharing and Service Providers

We may share data with service providers that support app operation and infrastructure. Based on the current mobile implementation, this includes Supabase for authentication, database access, backend functions, and related service infrastructure.

We may also disclose information when required to comply with law, enforce our terms, protect rights or security, or respond to valid legal requests.

7. Data Retention

Information stored locally on your device remains there until you clear it, change it, or remove the app, subject to normal mobile operating system behavior.

Account, workspace, and time-tracking records handled through backend services may be retained according to operational needs, contractual arrangements, and the instructions of your employer or workspace administrator.

8. Security

We use technical and organizational measures intended to protect personal data and restrict unauthorized access. This includes authenticated access controls and backend-managed data handling as implemented in the Login360 service stack.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location and the role of your employer or workspace administrator, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or information about how your personal data is handled.

You can disable local reminders in the app settings. For broader data rights requests relating to workspace data, you may also need to contact your employer or workspace administrator, because they may control the relevant records.

10. Children

The Login360 mobile app is intended for business use and is not directed to children.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date on this page and post the updated version at this route.
